The squeegee/flood carriage on the AREA ULTRA travels across the long dimension of the machine instead of from back to front. The power full squeegees stroke is smoothly driven by a heavy-duty motor and sliding micro-sensor quickly adjust squeegee the stroke length. The AREA ULTRA is available in different models sizes ranging from 1400x3800 mm up to 1800x7000 mm. The semi automatic flat bed screen printing machine is built for years of reliable quality production. Options:

  • Squeegee pressure equalizer: a perfect print result as an accurate and repeatable ink deposit can be achieved by a pneumatic squeegee pressure equalizer. A device which uses pneumatic pressure to equalize squeegee pressure on the printing table.

  • Blowback system: the printing table is equipped with the blowback system as an air cushion (as the reversal of the vacuum action) . This blowback system gives tremendous advantage aiding the fast removal 
of printed substrate difficult to handle.
